2.5 Lunchbreaks

I believe we enter this world broken and need others (special people) to help put the pieces together – parents, friends, partners, children.

We are human and we are fragile. It takes time with others of great character and strength to build us up and repair what is broken. But it only takes a moment with a weak fool to break us into pieces again.

We are wrong to see our fragility as a weakness.
We are wrong to pretend to be strong all the time.
Our fragility gives us the power to find those who know how to care.
Our fragility gives us the power to keep away from those who really don’t.

“Only God can shape a flower, but any foolish child can pull it to pieces.”
